Context
The old site didn't show the range of JEM's work or the people behind it. Talent, clients and industry partners needed one place that matched how the company presents itself on social and in the trades.
What I did
I mapped the site structure and user flow, organized the company's messaging and brand assets, and designed the pages in Figma: the homepage, the leadership section, an overview of the industries JEM works in, the contact area and a feed of recent updates from Instagram.
I kept the visual direction close to JEM's social presence, with dark city photography, oversized uppercase headlines and a deep red for the services section.
Results
The redesign launched on JEM's existing domain and gives talent, clients and partners one consistent place to learn about the company.
